Golf club holding device

A golf club holding device includes an elongated main body portion including a proximal end and a distal end; a first loop member; a golf club; and a second loop member. The first loop member is adapted to be releasably fit upon a handle portion of a golf club. The second loop member is adapted to be releasably fit upon a handle portion of a golf club in proximity to said first loop member. The golf club holding device is adapted to be releasably fit upon the handle portion of the golf club, wrapped around a hand of the person holding the golf club to thereby releasably secure the person’s hand to the golf club during use. A combination of a golf club and a golf club holding device and also a golfing kit are disclosed.
